The Spring session has officially ended and I would like to thank everyone for making it yet another successful one. Fall is just around the corner and we are now registering students for the Fall 2009 six week session.
Along with the rollerblading and rollerhockey classes at Carl Schurz Park we offer several other great classes during the fall session. Please read below for more information on these classes:
SGAC: Sports and Games/Arts and Crafts is a great class for preschool aged children. We offer several morning and afternoon sessions. Each class is an hour and a half long and we play various games, take trips throughout the park and end each class with a special art project to take home at the end of the day. Baseball: On Friday afternoons we offer an hour of beginning baseball instruction in Central Park. Students will learn the basics of the game such as throwing, catching, fielding, and batting while learning basic concepts of the game.
